About Attracta Carbery
Attracta Carbery is a Carlow based artist. She enjoys painting the countryside around the Carlow and Wicklow area. Every year she spends several weeks in Connemara where she paints seascapes and landscapes, recording the beauty of our environment before it is completely lost to us.
She paints a wide variety of subjects. As a keen gardener and flower arranger, gardens and flowers feature widely in her work. Attracta paints mainly in the traditional medium of oils, watercolours and pastels. She is a full member of the Pastel Society of Ireland.
